Our condo is located in Club Azur in Magog, the most beautiful region of the Eastern Townships, 200 meters from the beach of Lake Memphremagog,
15 min.walk from downtown Magog and 10 to 20 min. from local attractions:
Mont Orford ski and golf resort, Owl's Head, Bromont, vineyards, Orford Express panoramic train, Memphremagog cruises,
Spa Nordic, Bolton Spa, Copper Mine, Arbre Aventure and many others.

This is the ideal place for your dream vacation.


You will enjoy accommodations in our beautiful ground floor condo, with King bed, bathroom, living room with wood fireplace and sofa. bed.
Well-equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes.
Terrace with chairs, table and barbecue. Cable TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer.
Bedding and towels are included.



RENTAL RATES:

Rental is minimum for 2 nights.
Condo can accommodate up to 2 people.
The price $120 per 1 night during the week. The price is $135 per 1 night on the weekends.

Taxes are extra.
You can pay by cash, credit card or check made to Arkadia Eastman upon arrival.

NOTES AND REGULATIONS:

  • Arrival time from 4 p.m. and departure by 12 p.m.

  • The condo can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

  • Walking with inline skates or ski boots and shoes is strictly prohibited in the condo.
    For your comfort we offer you the slippers.

  • Animals, cigarette smoke are strictly prohibited in the condo.

  • The tranquility in side the premises is required at all times. All parties or gatherings are prohibited.

  • Bicycles must not be brought inside the condo. They can be attached externally to the support bicycle provided for this purpose.

  • One ​​parking space is provided per condo. Visitors are asked to park on the street or in designated parking lots. for visitors.

  • The inventory and status of the condo are carried out upon each arrival and departure of tenants. You will be held responsible for everything damage and/or disappearance of objects during your stay.

  • Furniture must not be moved or taken outside.

  • Never use the vacuum cleaner to remove ashes from the fireplace or suck up water.

  • We ask that you bring your own towels for the beach.

When you leave we ask you:

  • Ensure that doors and windows are closed and locked.

  • Check that the fireplace is off.

  • To throw the waste bags into the container located not far from the condo.

  • Adjust the heater thermostats to 15 degrees C (in winter).
